To ensure the best results and avoid irritation, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:
3-5 Days Before:
Avoid retinol, tretinoin, and strong exfoliants (AHA/BHA, scrubs)
Avoid waxing, laser, or hair removal on the treatment area
Limit excessive sun exposure and tanning
24 Hours Before:
Avoid using any harsh or active skincare products
Stay hydrated
Day Of:
Arrive with clean skin (no heavy makeup if possible)
Inform your esthetician of any changes in your skin, health, or medications
Men: shave at least 24 hours prior (if applicable)

Your skin has been freshly treated and is more sensitive– proper aftercare is key to your results.
First 24-48 Hours:
Avoid heat (sauna, steam, hot showers, workouts)
Avoid touchin or picking the skin
Do not use active ingredients (retinol, acids, benzoyl peroxide)
Keep skincare simple: gentle cleanser, moisturizer, SPF
General Care:
Wear SPF daily and reapply as needed
Avoid direct sun exposure
Keep skin hydrated and moisturized
Follow any personalized instructions given by your esthetician
What to Expect:
Mild redness, sensitivity, or slight breakouts (purging) may occur
Light peeling or dryness may happen depending on treatment
Skin will continue to improve over the next few days.
